Over my winter break I realized that not having finished https://leanpub.com/package-based-rails-applications is weighing on me. Last half I took a long break because I needed to reassess what I should still add. Here is what I have come up with:
* Do-over for Chapter 7 - many gems have seen big revisions and improvements
* Finish Chapter 8 on metrics
* Add Chapter 9: How to create modularization progress in your org
* Add Chapter 10: From modularity to autonomy
Which chapter are you most interested in?
@shageman metrics, metrics, metrics pls 🙏 . Too often do folks completely get this wrong or defer it to 'far in the future'.
IMHO, big win with Chapter 8.
